Risks understood

I need the strongest obsession spell that anyone here knows of.
I understand the ramifications and punishment that will come, but Im getting to a horrid point and after this its time to consort with daemons.

What do you mean by obsession spell? like sparking an obssession or getting rid of one? please be more specific.

if you mean to cause an obesesion you may be able to handle the risk but what about the person the spell is on
