Energy and Kenetics

This is a post that will hopefully get this coven active again. I have noticed that almost nobody is making post. This is my effort to get it going again. So here we go.


When I read posts on this site I see people who have trouble with energy. And most of these people have one thing in common: they focus too much on the energy and not enough on the mind. I have discovered that when controlling my own chi (energy whatever) that it really responds well to force of mind. Not just thinking about where you want the chi to go but using high will power to make the chi follow the path of your mind. When I do my chi ball I not only think about where I want the chi to go but I use my mind to push the chi that way. I visualize a white light in the parts I want my chi to go. If I want it to make a ball then focus on the parts of my body I take the chi from (arms legs ect.) and push (again I visualize white light) that chi or energy from my legs into my arms and then into the ball. And I think about throwing it in the intended direction. Chi or energy is very mental as well a pyshical. Plus you also have to remember that chi does not exist in the psyhical body but in the ethereal body. Chi runs along what I call meridians, or lines of energy that run through the ethereal body. I just push them through my arms and legs cause it is easier to visualize it that way. Anyway I hoped this post helped. Hopefully this get some chatter going in the Council forums. (:

I think this is a wonder way to practice energy controling because I always try to get my energy right lol I like to meditate mostly which helps me focus my mind. for now I have been practicing suggesting things to my mind before I fall asleep and I have had success with it so I guess this sorta applies but I am going to try this and report back to ya.

Just wondering, how much time does it take most people to get extremely good at energy/chi manipulation? because i don't even have to think about controlling it it just does what i want. i can control others chi too, psychic vampire (not by choice). also could this be the reason why i am able to control, shape, etc energy without any effort?
