Beginner spells

I would try a protection spell or something along those lines.

You should probably start with meditating, grounding and shielding first. That's how I started. Once you get those down, you should perhaps try protection spells. Good luck! :)

There aren't any true 'beginner' spells, work on your basics, then find a certain type that you feel comfortable with attempting.

Depends on spell actually.

i agree with protection spells. Although in my case that was what i needed at the time when the craft chose me. then i went on to cast spells that made my life easier.....less traffic, ect. But I believe that the spell must be needed before one can cast an effective spell. alot of times begginers what to do "cool" stuff and that is just disrespectful to the powers of the universe. When wanting to cast "make sure that it is needful and it shall surly come to pass." Timing is imporatant to an extent. If a witch needs to cast on the fly it is very much possiable. If i want to bring something new into my life, it is when the moon is new. new to bring it about. if i want to get ride of something, right after the full moon. that is just me. the most important thing noone ever told me was, if it feels right then it is right. I have had alot of people condemn me becasue i do not follow tradition. Magick is free. so it should be dependent on the witch not the witchs of past. although do not let that say we should not learn from the witches of past.......
