Hello, Im new here so there are several things i want to know. I have read a part of the Old Testament (Exodus 22:18) that sais magick is banned and wizards must be killed. I have also heard that magick is banned from the church many times. Some people say its because humans should not be involved with greater powers while others say it is connected with satanism and pentacle is satans symbol.My opinion is that nothing is good or bad but our actions and intentions make something good or bad depending on the way we use it. I think magick should not be a banned subject and wizards arent going in hell. Your opinions?
My opinion is the same as yours. If you read some more parts of the bible so far I also concluded that God is a lier and a jelous and unreasonable god. I think he should be banned for having something against us. Did you also know that instead of dying on the cross for our sins it took Jesus to do it? I think that says that God could've cared less for us. He always brings us into this world at random, yet he still lables us as sinful, but isn't it his fault that he has that problem? We can't help the fact were born and how, but he's supposed to control all. I think he should positively do something about it instead of acting all butthurt over something he can change.
There is a lot said within the bible on what God cares for doing. Jesus died for our sins yes as he is the son of God, but he is also God HIMSELF. The Father, Son and the Holy Spirit all are the same and all are one. At the time of the New Testament there were plenty of Black Magick users than White Magick users, so therefore White Magick and Positive magick was given a bad rep. This thought was brought to mind when the people making the bible, putting together what should be learned and what shouldn't be learned back then. I am a Christian Wiccan, meaning I do magick AND I believe fully in Jesus. Magick is done all the time for full-on Christians as well, during prayer, during choirs with their song magick enchanting the listeners so epically. And for the experienced Christian, he may learn how to speak to God himself, through listening literally to their hearts, as I have done, and I have been told that by God, White Magick, is acceptable. Even Jesus understands that "With harm to none, do as thy will." but within the Christian rules as well, do as thy will.

who told you that lie that magic is banned, if it was banned there wouldnt be a website like this forever. I will never let someone tell me that magic is banned. Thats crazy talk. Who told you that lie?
