In the sense that herb means "vegetation", then all plants are herbs! We tend to distinguish Herbs from trees, bushes, and flowers; and only refer to the healing qualities of Herbs, or the flavours they give to cooking. They are also used, of course, in magic.
But one must remember that Herbs are different in all parts of the world. One has also to be very careful; some herbs are deadly poisonous! Learn about the the herbs that grow in your own country; their uses in healing, cooking, and in magic. And don't forget the Spices!

1)The first picture has a few different plants I know in it.

Woodruff and Dandilion. Here is a video about dandelions you might enjoy

http://www.holisticworld.com/edible-dandelion-greens

I did not recognize the main plants in the second or third pictures.

Magically speaking, woodruff is good for protection, prosperity and bringing victory.

Dandelion is good for your overall health, high blood pressure, and is loaded with vitamins and nutrients. The video tells you how to tell if it is one of the 300 varieties, or a look alike. Magically speaking you can roast the root, ground it and make it into a tea for psychic enhancement. They say to plant it at the north side of your house for luck and good will.

Love, light and blessings :)

I thought you weren't supposed eat Dandilions. I always heard they were poisonous, but that just may have been because of all the pesticides that may or may not have been sprayed in this particular persons yard where I used to pick them.

The whole of Dandilions are very, very etible. The young greens make a nice but slightly bitter salad green in the spring - very good for cleansing. The flowers can be eaten too, but i haven't ever eaten them. Every morning i drink a coffee substitute called DandiBlend that is made up of roasted Dandilion Root.

As with any plant you wildcraft, you need to be positive that it hasn't been sprayed by chemicals, it's growing in a polluted area, or that the soil it's growing in is otherwise unhealthy.

Dandelions are only ok to eat if you have grown them in a garden you can control. Otherwise, you never know what sort of chemicals or toxins they've absorbed. They're very easy to grow, but when you do so, its best to bury a large pot in the soil to contain it, otherwise you may have a bit of an overgrowth. They're called "weeds" for a reason.
