Spirit attacking me in AP

One time when i was about to
AP i felt these two big hands smashing my chest, then i saw a hand go inside my body and i felt my soul being torn from my body. I was hearing whispers and screams in my ear, Than i rebuked the spirit in the name of jesus christ and then the spirit whisped away and the noise stopped. what does this mean now i dont want to AP anymore.

Most likely just your subconscious or conscious fears running rampant. Nothing can take your soul from you ;)

This is why we AP with protection on or around us. Did you even do it in sacred space? Do you think that the spirit world is all fun and games, hearts and flowers?

This is why I say people need to contact their spirit guide first.

I journey in my bedroom which has physical wards on all four walls, including over the doors. And I'm rarely without an animal companion both spiritually and physically.

One more thing regarding what you heard and felt...just because you can't see them, hear them, and feel them anymore, doesn't mean they're not still there. I would suggestion clearing your home of all negative energy and spirits and filling it with positive energy.

And no, they can't rip out your soul, but once you're in their world, you're on their playing field and there are dangers. AP is serious. You're obviously not prepared.

In future wear Fluorite when trying to AP, so it can protect Your body, as well as Shattuckite which is amazing protection form Possessions. I used St Michael The Archangel's amparo to protect body and prevent possession and spiritual attcaks, while AP or doing any other trans - involving work.

Broom, Broom corn straws, steel knife, all make good protections.

Most people will advise creating the protective circle and doing LBPR prior to AP, which is another brilliant advice.

WhiteRav3n is very right. A spirit can take over your body when you have entered thier wotld. All they have to do is break your conection with your body. This being said I think it is safe they were trying to draw you to thier world. They are right ap is a serious thing that many play with when they are not mentally ready. I suggest you do lots of meditation before attempting to ap. I also suggest to have a spirit guide. It will help to protect you. I am tired of people getting hurt for being careless.

First off no one can take your soul from you. It can however become fragmented through trauma/Injury etc.

When the soul becomes fragmented that part of the soul will leave/break away to protect itself. Once the trauma has been faced an healed I do believe the fragmented part will return.

Now to the feeling of hands beating down on the chest.It is not uncommon to feel pressure in specific parts of the body before Ap.
You should relax every part of your body from crown to the tips of your toes. If you feel pressure or pain in any area that could be an indication for you to fully relax that area more.

As the kundalini rises it will hit energy blocks also.You may feel a pressure or some emotions as it is working through those blocks. Try to relax into it and let it flow and do it's job. We store so much junk in our chakras over many years or even lifetimes(reincarnation is a personal belief of mine but in noway
an absolute truth) issues will rise to the surface to be confronted and released.

Before AP make sure you have a solid connection to your guide.
Archangel Michael is also good to call upon asking him to be your guardian and travel with you.(Don't forget to thank him before hand).

The voices and Whispers I would say your subconscious fears coming to the forefront of your mind. Try to relax and think positive thoughts thus giving you an enjoyable AP experience.

No, you see I have watched souls be torn from the body by a spirit. The soul has a connection with the body and all the spirit does is break the connection. They usaully target certain people. I am sorry to say that some of you have been toying with something youbthink you think you know so much about when honestly there is a big piece of the puzzle that you are missing. Souls will be stolen. Until you have seen itvhappen I don't expect you to believe me but I speak the truth.

NONE can take your soul. Without a soul the physical body would be an empty vessel!! But heck your opinion is your's , mine is mine.
