That is impossible! The characters are fiction! As are all the other stories of vampires.

There are many fictional characters that I admire, and would not mind possessing characteristics like. I am, however, bound by the constraints of the physical world and must otherwise strive to achieve those mental/emotional/spiritual qualities that I admire through personal growth and development.

Consider what it is you want to be, why you wish to be it, and if it is worth the hard work to become that which admire.

Magic is not a cure-all. It does not instantaneously remove the necessity of hard work for anything that is worth attaining. And it will not make you a monstrous creature with a bad rubber mask that possesses super strength.

Becoming a vampire like the one on Buffy is fictional... There is no way you can become a vampire like that. BUT, there is such thing as Vampirism... Go ahead and look up the cult and see if you are comfortable with their practice and view. So long as you don't let it get too much to your head... I had to learn about Vampirism in Special Needs Offenders class for Criminal Justice, and apparently for those who I guess "overdo" it leads to crime. (CJ is the degree I am majoring in)

There's only one way to become a vampire. And it's super easy. All you need is a vampire costume, make-up and plastic fangs. Goodluck

Short answer you cant. Long answer:
Vampires are beings of myth not magick. Your only valid claim to being a vampire is to be thoroughly active in the act of vampirism. Which is to leech something from another being in order to provide ones self with something of that person.
For example, sadistic people enjoy tormenting others, which is downright demented, but they are leeching Th. screams and agony of their victims to provide a sick perverted joy. It is taking of something from another in order to fulfill a craving.
However, the blood gorgers that the media casts in the light of vampires can never be. Any continued pursuit of the subject is a waste of your time.
