help guide a soul?

does anyone know if there is a spell to perhaps guide a soul back into a body,? lets say someone dies, and gets brought back by the hospital/paramedics, but when you look into there eyes they seem empty, like their soul may be wandering, and you cant help but think that there soul is around you, is there a spell for that?

If they are alive, their soul is with them. Perhaps you are sensing another soul from someone that passed recently.

Actually, it is perfectly possible for a body to continue with out the soul present. It's called a coma.

Sheesh... people either ask for pennies or winning lotto tickets, don't they? No, there isn't a spell. If you know the person well enough, you CAN do a summoning, using the person's body as receiving vessel. If you call the right person, it will be easy to tell... you won't be able to banish them, since it's their body. You call the wrong person, again, it's easy to tell.. you WILL be able to banish them, since it's NOT their body, rightful soul present or not.

In Asian cultures they tied copper around the wrists and ankles to prevent the soul from escaping when someone was ill. You could buy copper beads and string them onto elastic rope, then place them around the wrists and ankles (making sure its not tight). In essence, this is a way to ground. So any grounding gemstones, metals, amulets, or spellwork will help.

It is probably whatever drugs are being administered that is causing an OBE in the person. Pain can also do it, as the mind tends to try to escape in order to be removed from the suffering the body is going through. If they underwent a traumatic accident or event, it could be a self defense mechanism. Psychologically, this is called dissociation and is the body's natural protection of the nervous system.

I believe in such cases, both therapy and spirituality should be incorporated. They should know what you are doing. They should see and know it is working. Belief is important. Even in psychology this is called a placebo effect aka mind over matter.

Might I add, what is being described appears to be what Native Americans refer to as "soul loss". It isn't an uncommon occurrence and normally, the soul/mind repairs itself over time on its own. But as a friend, you can help by acting as a counselor.

I would NOT recommend anyone inexperienced in journeying to EVER attempt soul retrieval on anyone without proper training. If you mess up, you can make their situation worse or yours. Tribes have spoken of skilled shamans have died attempting to retrieve. It is much more advanced that simple AP and has far greater dangers.

If you sense the energy lingering around him/her, that means it is desiring to return and will in time. A healing spell, or a simple hug, talk and shoulder to cry on should be enough.

thank you so much its actually my husband, and yes he was in a very traumatic accident, he got his throat ripped out by a high tension rope break, hes in a vegatative state/coma, it just scares me that he wont come out of it, and If there was anything I could do to help him, Im just seeking answers of possibilities I am know where near even capable of doing something like this anyways, thank you,

I am still praying for your loved one, Just remember the traumatic injury to his body has caused it to seem shut down, it could be that the body is using all available energy to heal itself.Try to encourage him to get better he is there in his body and will listen. He may not be able to respond as his throat was severely injured.We have to keep being strong for your strength permeates into his mind and soul and can give it the power to overcome any condition. I did some pendulum work after meditation and even though the answers are yes and no , I asked if he was going to recover: the answer I got was yes, I ask if he was going to have his faculties: the answer was yes, I asked if he was going to get better quickly the answer was yes,
I will say it may take more time but each person heals at its own pace. I thanked Goddess for the insight and will continue my work for you and yours.
