Hi! :D

Hi everyone! Im only a beginning half-wiccan, but even though i am, i have no powers besides 2 spells i invented: Ryokinesis, the power to control electrified energized water, and Hand-cooling, obviously to cool the hands. I am under constant bullying by peers and younglings (yes kids at least 3 years under me) because i am incredibly shy. If anyone could give me guidance i would love to recieve it. Also, i have attempted to control rain, whatever kinesis that it, and only succeeded in lightening it for only a minute. Please, Guidance i would love.
