Healing with elements

Is there a practice for me to use (for example) the water element to heal myself or someone else?

Water is often considered a healing element. The energies of water are often used to wash away aches, pains, negativity, heartache, and so forth. It can also be used to knit emotional aspects back to to heal traumas or rifts and so forth, with water being viewed somewhat as the glue that holds things together.

Earth is sometimes also used, helping to encourage growth once something has been mended and soothed.

Fire can purify, helping to remove the influences that might have been the problem in the first place.

Air can be used to lift spirits. Use it to inspire, and help lift others out of depression.


I'm sure there are other methods as well.

Do you know how to direct these elemental energies and use it for healing?

I have just described how they are used for healing, but directing them can come in various methods.

One may direct them with will alone, or try to use various other methods to invoke or evoke them. I suggest exploring invoking the elements.
