I always buy raw honey. It has tons of healing properties. I do not recommend the YS brand. Although it tastes like honey, it smells very weird. Local is best for allergies, but if you can't find any local, as long as the honey is made in your same country in an area that has the same plants, it will still have the benefit of building up your immunity to it. All raw honey helps with allergies, cold, flus etc. But the true "cure" is eating honey that was made by bees who gathered pollen from your allergy source. Just two spoons a day, keeps the sneezes away (corny I know lol)
I also find that cold showers help when my allergies are going wild. I have an allergy to dust, and everytime I do major seasonal cleaning, I'm sneezing with red watering eyes for days afterward! But when I take a cold shower, it clears up in hours. If I take a hot shower, I get no relief. They're hard to get used to, but when you're suffering, desperation makes us do things we wouldn't normally do. And cold showers are great for you anyway.
