Spiritual Shamanism

Hello everyone so i have been reading some on shamanism and i thought it would make a small post about it. When ever i do read more about it i will make more post soon.

What exactly is spiritual shamanism?

In my views and beliefs i believe that shamans are people who connect with the spiritual world and have ways of communicating with spirits. They are also known as medicine man. In many different cultures shamans used medicine such as herbs for healing illnesses and help people get over any emotional issues and make them feel healther again aka in therapy. Shamans also use special tools or chants to get rid of negative spirits. They perform rituals that have been passed down from many generations.

How do shamans work with animal power?

Any animal or every animal has a spirit, a shaman and animal can connect with one another in terms to help each other out. Power animals help guide them through their spirtual journeys, giving help advice, and performing healings. While a shaman works with a person, they can help retrieve an animal spirit for them, the person then bonds with that animal spirit and bye honoring it they also visit their animal spirit in meditation.

Nice but could you please state any sources you may have studied to come to these conclusions?

I dont have any sources i used my own knowledge i know. I did not copy anything. I wrote this on my own. And thanks White.
