both hands burn!

Hey everybody!

I'm a novice trying to find my own path and abilities. A little while ago, as I was studying up on some esoteric things, both my hands began to form this ache! It's a dull burning sensation in the palms of both my hands and it doesn't stop! I've tried grounding to get rid of, what I thought, was excess energy. it didn't work. then I noticed that as i would do my pagan studies, talk about it, or even just talking to someone who was on the save level as me on pagan things my hands would burn really really bad! i'm afraid to do any rituals cuz my hands feel so hot they feel like they'll blow up! can anyone tell me what's going on??

Maybe it's a 'warning' NOT to get involved. What are you looking at when this sensation happen ?

anything really. Like, when I read an awesome book that really opens my mind to new ideas my hands burn, when people ask me to describe my beliefs my hands burn, when I talk to my other pagan friends and we both agree on something or we have an awesome discussion my hands burns.

sounds like a reaction of you body to accitement. blood rushing to your palms maybe...

I have to mention this because people tend not to think of it...

Burning sensations in your hands or other extremities can be a sign of serious health problems. Please see a doctor and rule out anything like that BEFORE you look into magickal reasons.

Especially because grounding did not help. Make sure there's nothing wrong with you physically before you assume it's magick. Don't ignore it, especially if it does not go away.
