PMs that you can't read?

Hey I've had this problem recently getting some mail and not being able to read it. It just says "Mail from *name" and then below it is blank with no message and not even the person's picture.

I wasn't sure if Petrarca was aware of this bug or not so I wanted to post about it :) I can screenshot if you want, the message doesn't show anything private.

The problem happens when the person's picture is corrupt. Please send me the person's name and I can fix it.

About PM's. Is there not a way to delete all messages instead of doing them one by one?

I have over 1000 and well thats gona take me quite a long time to delete.

Is there any chance of being able to delete all with one click?

Well the person seems to have changed their pic since now I can read the message, weeks later.
I'll forward the names of anyone else it happens with to you, though

hehe now are all the messages from the same person? and what if they have vital info in them?
