Hello. I am en empath/psychic. On more than one occasion I've seen the futures of close friends and family. The farthest into the future I've seen is roughly a month. My mother can see future car crashes in her dreams. I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to become more in tune with these visions?

Try meditation if you don't already. It can help ease the mind and allow you to focus more. I'm no expert at all but I know that can help.

An empath and Psychic are two different things , just wanting to point it out .

As for strenghtening and getting more in tune in your abilities , You can try to do some energy exercises and use your abilities more often . You simply learn and practice what you have learnt and naturally , You will progress. It is just that simple .
