Sigh. I live in Singapore, a country that thinks witchcraft is evil. I am envious that in America, witchcraft is being more and more accepted.
Today, I was arranged to sit beside a girl in class. After just one day sitting with her, I am certain that she's a psychic vampire. Even my classmates told me they feel tired after talking to her whereas the girl felt happy. So I asked to be moved to another seat. The teacher refused, dismissing my explanation as a piece of rubbish/nonsense.
I'm so gonna curse her.
What should I do? I want to do something that will make the Singapore government to pass a law to protect the rights of Wicca/satanist. I'm starting a Facebook group and asking singaporeans to join but the number is so little and Singapore only has a population of 5 or 6 millions. We deserve to have the freedom to practice whatever religion we want.
I was born and raised in the United States and I have to say that even here we still deal with religious intolerance and interference in peoples chosen paths by not only the government but other political and social entities as well. Just remember that mountains are built from small rocks. Starting groups that teach others about your beliefs is a great first step to reform and change. People fear what they do not understand and sometimes all it takes is understanding and teaching. It does not happen overnight but if you take little steps you will eventually arrive at your goal. Good luck.
I live in singapore and i do not find singapore a country that condones arcane practices . Not many of my friends know that i practice magick and those that do are all accepting of my beliefs
To me , I personally feel that magick is not something you should brag about and telling it to everyone you meet and know . I myself do not even see the need for me to tell anyone as the need for it never rises and it is also something i usually do not talk about.
moving on..just because a girl sitting beside you is a Psi-vamp does not give you the right to curse her . She is probrably one that does not even know that she drains energy from people . If she delibrately takes energy from you knowing you are aware of it , I would understand your anger but apparently this is not the case
What i recommend strongly is that you use protection to guard against her stealing it , there..a peaceful solution for everyone :)
And Singapore legalized all official religions and that includes wicca . What singapore forbids are cults . Wicca is not a cult and a official religion so that is accepted
I'm not cursing the girl la. I'm cursing the teacher that refuse to let me change seat.
But I think we should b given some rights. And also, Christianity condemns Wicca alot. That is already breaking singapore's most important law. Should do something about it.
Not only should you not be drawing attention to yourself as a Wiccan (Since as the person above stated, it's not something you should be bragging/preaching to people about) but your being a little harsh on your teacher.
Like many other people, your teacher most likely doesn't have the same veiws as you, so don't curse her just because she won't let you move seats. You only come across as a spoilt brat then.
Also, find a decent protection against this Psi Vamp and all should be well :)
If what you are hoping to accomplish is to have others who are not Wiccan understand that Wicca is not the evil thing they are misled into believing it is, then cursing someone who annoyed you is certainly not the way to go about it. All that sort of behavior does is to confirm all of the negative stereotypes that are already out there.
If you feel that the person sitting next to you is drawing on your energy then moving across the room isn't the answer anyway. They can still draw on you if that's their intent. The proper way to avoid having someone draw on your energies is to have solid shields around yourself at all time. That's the basic protection that every Witch should know how to do and should be doing in any situation where they are in a groups of people, particularly if they don't know those people well.
Well, psy vamps are not something you can expect a school teacher to understand nor believe. I don't even understand why you'd have brought it up, you should have just stated you felt uncomfortable in the seat. You should not curse your teacher for that, that would be childish. Also you can't just do a spell that would magically poof thousands of people and government authorities to suddenly want to protect the rights of Wiccans and Satanists. Hate and ignorance isn't something you can change with magick.
Not to be dismissive of your concerns, but are you actually certain the girl is a psychic vampire? Many people are tiring to be around, I would imagine few of them are vampires. In any event, cursing her will do little good for either of you. As recommended above, work on shielding yourself. You might also like to craft a talisman of some sort. If you are utterly sure that the girl is a psychic vampire, is there any way you could inform her of this without sounding utterly insane? It's difficult to judge without experiencing the situation firsthand, but from what you've described it seems the girl may be unaware of her condition, if it exists at all. If it turns out the girl is simply tiresome, learn to tune her out; you'll likely have to deal with many people of a similar disposition in later life XD
