Psi ball ?

How does it feel when it comes out of your hands ? I visualise the suns energy coming down to me into my body to my palms then i visualize it coming out into a ball and i just felt pressure when i was making smaller and bigger, Was i doing it right ?

First you may want to look into visualization and energy flow. Energy feels deferent to each person. To some people it feels warm, to others it can feel cold, and even others just feel like pressure. As for making it bigger send more energy into it. From what I can tell you are doing it right. However, instead of trying to use the energy of the sun try envisioning energy from your solar plexus rising up through your arms and out your hands.
