Well, I was liking in my pocket mirror and I saw some one behind me . I looked behind me and saw no one . I looked in the mirror there was some one standing. I started screaming and thru my pocket mirror at the wall.
Can some one find an explanation to this?

It may have just been a spirit. If you didn't sense any negative energy, or feel threatened, then I wouldn't worry about it.
If you did, you may want to try shielding yourself (if it's still there)

It could have been a multitude of things, I try to ground myself in science before I go hunting for spooks. was there any other refelective surface around you that could have caused an Illusion as of that? were you intoxicated in any way shape or form that includes drowsiness. and finally if in fact it was a spirit most of the time they are not malicious, this is not like the movie poltergeist not everything beyond the veil is out to nab you.
