Simple Charging method

Usually, I use a quick and simple way to charge an iteam. It's easy for those of you who are starting out in the craft.
1. hold the object of your choice in your hands. move it around if you like.
2. close your eyes and meditate, and focus on your energy and the energy in the object.
3. visualize your energy like a flowing river flowing right into the object in your hand. see the energy flow right into the object.
4. now while the energy if flowing, think of your intent for the object. what you want it to do. ex. cleanse everything around it, charm it with luck or love, ect.
5. think of your intension until the objects energy is radiating from it.
6. now your object it charged!
