Tools for A P?

Hello I want to advance in Astral Projection, I know you really don't need tools for it. But I'm sure there are some tools that can help you. Could someone tell me?

There are items that can help you to get to the required state of mind; but you don't need them for the actual projection. Things such as scented candles or incense. But I'd be careful that you don't burn something or light a fire, calming music could help. But other then that; some crystals can help you.

Try celestite. But be careful with it, it's very strong. Just hold it or have it on you. Putting it under your pillow is bad; you can have a very hard time returning.

relaxing music, a conquerable environment it all depends on your preferred method; some like lack of stimuli others like to overload their sense. hope that assists, i can not give you much more information unless i know your methods and sucesses with it thus far
