Seeing a blockage?

Alright, I have a friend who has been on the Wiccan path for sometime who says nothing like Ouija boards or pendulums work for her. For a long time I've been able to see auras and get feelings from people, but when I look at her it's like somewhere along the line her energy decided to block up. Could that be it?

She could be blocking her self from using said tools. Her blockage could be from a lack in true believe. Things, events, actions that she hasn't let go. People she hasn't forgiven. There's a multitude of reasons as to why she has these blockages. What she could do is truly figure out what she believes in and what she doesn't; forgiving and letting go for self and other people, actions, events, etc; meditating; doing some good chakra work; energy cleansing.

She can be ferocious but she doesn't really hate anyone and she has strong convictions in her way of the craft. It might be that she A) thinks she can't use the tools or B) laments some events. Thank you.
