ok i done a spirit guide and dragon guide meditation last night and i stopped half way beteen them because i couldnt vizulize them good and then before i went to sleep i had my eyes closed and i saw the huge white bright light in my mind and i felt its energy it hurt my mind what is it and what does it meen
