Is this normal?

After I did my first spell,(and it worked!) is it normal to feel light headed?

Yes. This a common occurance. Casting a spell can take a lot of energy out of you, so it might be a good idea to relax after casting a spell, or at the very least sit down. :)

It's very normal to become light headed, worn out, and exhausted another doing a spell. And depending upon the spell, it may not happen till later, when the spell takes effect. Trust me it's a pain in the ass when your working just fine one moment then dizzy and light headed and about to fall over the next.
