dream

hey i have this "gift" tht whenever im sleeping ill see a place, person, or thing happening and then when i wake up later tht day ill always see it. i think its really cool except though sometimes i wont wake up in my body, instead ill wake up in someone elses body. and as soon as i see the picture from my dream ill be back. ive studied it enough to know tht i can stay for days, weeks, and months during this. Ive even awoken in someone near by and ive tried finding my body but i never do find it. what i need help with is tht it can get annoying so is there any way i can control it?

i think you're projecting without knowing it [though getting lost in another body for days i've never heard of] read up on astral projection. when you project, what normally you should do is think of your room, try to visualize it as best you can, you should return home almost instantly.
