Hi my new side project is AP any tips advice please make it very simple I am a slow learner also do you meet other projectors and is it possible to pull a friend out of their body to ap with you

When you are getting ready to AP, lie down in a comfortable position, just like you're going to sleep. Calm your brain down, get rid of all your fast moving thoughts, and think of something peaceful. As you drift off to sleeplet yourself slip off to the astral plane. Remember, when you are APing, you are always in control.

You can meet other people on the astral plane, but be careful. People, or animals may not be what they appear to be, and you can bring dark things back wit you.

Ok how should I know someone is safe and should I think happier thoughts for higher safer frequencies

That is a hard question. You could always trust your intuition, and risk it, or you could assume they are all dangerous. It's really up to you.

And yes there are higher levels, I believe there is 7? But I've only been to 6. The lower levels are darker, but they get lighter and happier as you go up.

When you are in the astral, try to start out the first few times, in our world and the present time to help you get a feel for it.

for bringing friends to you from the astral just will them to yourself, it will allow you to talk to them even though they may not remember what was said
