I have met a competitive witch she has 30 years experience to my four years any idea of How I can get stronger or just make her understand I'm.not a threat cause magick is not suppose to be a competition its really bothering me can someone help please
If you feel threatened, work on your shielding, you don't need to get stronger.
Reject her energies, build yourself a mental stronghold and if you need to, bind her away.

Sir, I wouldn't go as far to hex her, or anything of the sort for that would make the situation worse, but I would suggest much meditation and keeping a calm state of mind. If this witch feels threatened then she may be insecure about something or even a past experience, so confrontign her in a non-positive way would only corner her. When dealing with her I would suggest keeping a strong mental barier and to keep casual, do not let her fears get to you, do not let her fears and insecurities become your own, just try relaxing. suckie situation, personally i've never been attacked by another witch [though i pissed one off two years ago and she's prone to cursing people] do daily energy work, focusing on shielding, probably should also make a protection charm. as time goes on make the shield bigger to protect your loved ones and house just in case. try talking to the person, if they keep it up, try a banishing spell. the threefold law probably won't come back to get you if you're defending yourself, so if she curses you, a reversal so she's cursed would be justified. just don't jump the gun and make the first move.
If I was you I would send her handmade card stating peace .
And a note saying -I am not competition on match for you .Can we live in peace or let each-other alone ?
Take my advice do not starts any sort of "battle " with someone that has this number of years experience especially on practice !Such people often do not work alone anymore ,but have also spiritual allies so you can end up "fighting" a legion .
You will not gain experience of 26 and above years over night .

you can always do a "Return to sender" spell if she trys to hurt you, she'll get back whatever she sent your way, these spell are on SOM, good luck and blessed be!

If u do dragon magic you don't got have protection try merlin spell the real one go to protection spells
