every morning before you start your day, take a pen and a piece of paper. sit and concentrate, and come up with three predictions for the day. go for things out of the ordinary, instead of 'go to school' something like 'pop quiz in math'. at the end of the day, mark which ones you got right or wrong.

before you answer your phone [if you don't have caller ID] try to figure out who it is, think of the name, or visualize the person, or something like that. if it's someone who calls often, it might not work as well though.

take a deck of playing cards, draw each card one at a time, try to focus and predict the cards. start with the colour, red card or black card, then move onto the suit, after that face card [a king] or number card [a seven] finally the whole card [ace of diamonds]

with all of these of course you need to write down your results.
