astral projection

i need to know im not doing anything wrong, when i astral project i cast the circle, i leave my body and then teleport to my girlfriend, she says that when i hold her while we're sleeping she feels prickly and tingly (in my spirit form) she said she likes the feeling and its a good one but i want to make sure that im not doing anything wrong.

can someone also tell me how i can practice seeing outside of my body, i cant see anything but pitch black and i have to use my imagination to see, im not even in dream state when i do it, so is there any way that i can see with color instead of pitch blackness?

We see things as our mind perceives them. Many individuals see in color in this manner, but others see in the colors that their mind can interpret. Unfortunately through astral projection one does not see "light" as we do in the physical. Therefore we will not typically see them the same way that we do when we are looking with our eyes.

It does not sound you are doing anything terrible long.

i thought we could see like that, just like we can see when we're actually in the dream state compared to when we're awake and conscious, and isn't our third eye open in the dream state?
I'm not saying you're wrong im just pointing out something i know.
