Make my mind stronger

How do i make my mind stronger so when i use my spells they work? I proved to people that my eyes can look at someone else's eyes and i can read there mind. Also i almost know every secret in the world. But i can not control spells id really appreciate it if anyone helps. Between now and 2020 i'll be fighting my dopleganger to the death and with the powers i learn i should be able 2 kill him. If any1 knows any lower spells that works I appreciate it.

Is that the movie where at the end the main character dies because he is the chosen one?

You should figure out the doppleganger's intentions first by meditating or becoming, then try a banishing spell. Killing it would be negative energy and it would bring back negative feelings. Do a protection spell to prevent it and other things from invading.

I have proved to some people that my eyes can look at someone else's eyes and I can read there mind, also. In addition, I almost know every secret in the world. Eye's are said to be the "windows to the soul."

I believe your story, tho....
you have some issues you need to deal with first, a strong mind is a mixture of genetics, psychology, and any effect from the universe (blessings - curses - chemicals etc...)
so you'll need this:
1) meditate to humble and discipline yourself, you seem to have some sort of high ego, and it harms you in providing your message.
2) learn that (reading the eye) is not magic, it is a (Neuro linguistic programming) technique, the magic skills might include : mind reading and telepathy (psychic), seeing the auras and reading them (spiritual power), or using hexes and curses to directly affect someone's brain (black magic).
3) learn visualizing to a great degree, learn to meditate, learn to ground, and find any entity to associate with, all of those will give you greater powers.
4) you can always use mental shields and armor to protect yourself, but also dabbling in magic that deals with the brain will give you knowledge and experience in dealing with any mental attack better.
