Don't know where to start

Hello everyone,
I joined this site a day or two ago and for quite a long time I've been wanting to be able to cast spells and do magic. I have some problems..I have no idea where to start/what to begin with, I have no idea how to control my power. I sometimes look at things differently and they start to move and I don't know how to control this. It happens whenever. So I would really appreciate your help to help me started.

I forgot to mention...I don't really know anything I know almost nothing......I do know about the wiccan pentacle which I am seeking to buy. I am 14 years old just in case if any of you were wondering...
I felt some kind of power in me a few years ago I was 10 or 11. and I would have these dreams that if they are realistic they come true. but I don't remember them until it happens to me in real life. the dreams happen to me my whole life.
