Yes in both they are true not every aspect but for example in the Craft the 3 fold affect that is true. In Charmed Athamae's are double edged steal knives.

Actually, there is plenty of stuff out the movie "The Craft" that is true. If you don't believe be then buy the DVD and watch the extras. Granted that Hollywood just spiced it up, the basic principles of witchcraft are in the movie, The Coven of Isis, I do believe, was the coven that actually sponsored the movie. They lent their thoughts, and tools as well as, a few other things, but you are all gonna have to go and buy the DVD and watch the cool extra's for yourselves. BTW, the girl that plays Nancy, is an actual practicing wiccan. Just thought that bit of info was cool, that and she used her own altar in the scene where she's knelt down in front of it.

be in the second line should be me. anyways, like power_witch was saying there are ascpects, not everything from charmed or the craft is completely true.

Most movies are made to entertain. Most of the times, things happen right away in the movies. Things work differently in real life though. We have to be patient while dealing with the supernatural most of the time. This leaves us with no choice but to wait on the spirits for results to take place.

Ning is wrong. There is plenty of things in that movie that are true. Watch it. I actually have it on my laptop. They call the watch towers and some of the spells are put together right.
