Questions about wands

I have a few questions about wands:

1. Can you use anykind of tree?
2. How do you cleanse a wand?

I don't know how to cleanse a wand, but I'm sure you can find out how somewhere on the net. I do know that there are many, many, many different woods that you can use so I think it'd be safe to say that any would do especially if it feels right for you. Personally I like Willow and Bloodwood.

Willow and bloodwood are good choices.It depends on the spell I always say.for example...if you are going a spell for healing using a sandlewood wand.
