its a book where you write down your spells and experiences

Like a notebook. If you got the money, you could use a Grimoire.

It is sort of like a reference guide for a witch. It has spells that have worked for you, some people put their personal meanings for tarot cards, uses for herbs, and even their own spells.

i keep my Bos in a huge Ringbinder noteBook. I recently bought me a mew one. as my first one is getting very old and tattered looking so I'm redoing it. thats why I cant find anything right
now. I took all the pages out to go thru them and a certain little cat knocked them off my desk. Now they are mixed up and I can't find anything, LOL. I just bought a new cd, Scrapbook of Shadows, that has lots of ideas for Bos page, layouts etc. so I'm hoping when I've finished It will be better than before.
Oh and a word of advice. Get page protectors. You're gonna need them. I bought five hundred, but the local wallyworld is out of the hundred packs and so I'll have towait til they get more in to get enuff.

The book of shadow's has spell's and demon's in side of it,
It can tell you how to kill the demon and so on.

Moonqueen are you the 5th "Charmed One" or what? It seems to me that an answer such as your implies you have seen one too many episodes of Charmed. Where do you people come up with some of this stuff when someone is asking to learn and this is the answer they get???? I am very concerned about the future generations of magick if this is the answers being given today.
