Veils

I was wondering what it means for someone to be born with a veil over thier body the doctor who delivered the baby said oh a special child she wore a veil thru birth. I have look for answers to that for 20 plus years and still clueless to what he meant

It had been held for centuries that a child born with a caul or veil over their head or face is destined for greatness. This is also considered to be a very lucky sign.

In South African tradition it is considered a sign that the child will be able to see the world of spirits and the future.
