My spells are not working.. i have done everything right, i have only been able to make one simple spell successful, and that was to erase a bad memory, but i meditate, i believe and speak confidently, what am i doing wrong? HELP!
First of all any spell you cast to control the elements or the weather wont work. Nature is a very powerful force and we can't control it with magic. That sort of thing is beyond our power even with magic. If you are having trouble with luck spells you probably haven't studied enough to be to that point of successful spell casting. Read over Newbie Central, Tips, and Faqs. They can help you with the basics of magic and spells. It should also give you an idea of what magic is and isn't. A lot of times people get to eager and try to run before they can walk. Magic takes time and you need to study before you try to practice it.
The problem that most people on here have with their spellwork is that they don't understand exactly why and how it is that magic functions. You can't simply say some words that you find on-line, light a candle or some incense and POOF! your spell works. It's actually more complicated than that which is why it is important to do the study and work to fully understand magic.
I'd recommend the following books to help you start to really learn how to do magic, and to make your magic work more consistently. Even then your magic may not always work or may work in ways you didn't foresee.

here's why your spells may not be working, you might need to practice, but anyways the reason why your spells may not work is that you need to strengthen your throat, crown and third eye chakara, although all your chakaras should be aligned and flowing and all should become strong, first start out with those chakaras the throat chakara will help your voice to become stronger, and the crown chakara will help you become stronger in mind, intent and will also it will make you closer to the gods or spirits you contact with your mind, will and intent and the third eye chakara will help you connect with spirits better, but this will only help you one way, the other way is to concentrate your will, intent and visualization better by focusing what you want to be done, also believing in something very powerfully and having faith it will happen and knowing it will happen helps very greatly, also if you know the secret of magick which is a way to have control over any of the above spirits angels or demons then you will become very powerful, some other magicks or spells however work with spirits instead of controlling them, but control in my opinion is a greater power, also if you do a spell that works with the gods you do the spell in order to honor them and worship them. But one of the greatest secrets I told you earlier is focusing your will, intent, visualization and believe and knowing the spells will work and you making them work will make the spell work greater. I would start with beginners spells or intermediate spells just to get a hang of things. Also it could be that someone is reversing your spells or binding them, if someone knows your a wiccan or a witch and they know you are cursing them or if they know what your book of spells are ( your book of shadows) then they may be reversing or binding you or your spells. But I doubt that's the reason. It's most likely the case that you need practice with spells. But yeah there's a slight chance if you told someone you are cursing them they may be praying against it or reversing, breaking, or binding the spells. But anyways I think it's most likely that you need practice. Also here's another way to strengthen your voice when you call upon a spirit or preforming a incantation, chant or spell, you talk to the spirit or whatever force you are trying to contact as if they are really there in person and say it as if the spirit as if it's right in front of you, also say the spell with power and say it with authority and say it as if you are commanding them to do something, also saying something with power in your voice with a powerful voice also helps too. this will help as well, as long as you control and command the spirit to do something or whatever power you are summoning will help a lot. But the will, intent, vizualisation is the key to make a spell happen. but sometimes just knowing and believing the spell will happen even if you do not command something will help too. anyways that's all, blessed be!
