hi, i've been trying to figure this out for a while now, wondering if anyone could help me. this goes back a long way, basically as long as i can remember my mom has dealt with reoccurring dreams about a game where crazy things happen and if she looses she's killed. each time she does a little better, but eventually she looses, wakes up, and there's someone standing beside the bed. she describes it as a girl, maybe 15, with shoulder length curly dark hair. i've dealt with this as a bad dream, and have done my best to help her, and the dreams have lessened over the years, but they still happen every 4-5 months. the last time this happened was about a week ago.
last night, my sister slept in my moms room, and she had a similar dream, when she woke up, she saw the being standing there. once i saw this being, but i know it was a dream, and while i can sense spirits, i've never sensed this one, so i'm almost certain it's a nightmare. the strange this is, we've moved many times, and these dreams seem to plague anyone who sleeps in my moms room. does anyone have an idea's?
curious....would you mind mailing me details of the dream so i can better understand it. such as what kind of game, how the entity looks, and what time period.
Off the top of my head: Perhaps this dream effects your mother so much she projects this dream out on other people as well. Perhaps it is a spirit that is trying to hide itself. Perhaps its a spell.
Interesting indeed. My best guess is that spirit you described is playing a "game" (if you will call it) with your mother. I would try communicating with the spirit and ask her what she wants and why she is doing this.
thanks for the help guys, i would like to give more information, but my mom doesn't really give me much to go with, just fragments because she has trouble remembering the whole dream, and she just keeps saying it's strange or crazy. it'll be like one level it's a quiz show type thing, then it turns into a sort of race, then the next level she has to escape a maze and so on. when she finally looses it's announced she has failed to compete this levels challenge and will be eliminated, at which point something tries to kill her [different with each level] she'll wake up and see the girl, at which point [not sure if it's a false awake, she's still half asleep, or a spirit] she starts screaming in reality.
it sounds like a malevolant spirit playing with your mom's fears. try communicating or banishing......possibly an exorcism because it could be a.form of possession.

Huh, this sounds very interesting. I had similar experiences. I use to describe the lady that always appeared in my dreams as, "The Black Haired Lady". And, she still occassionally appears on and off to my family for the past 17 years.
But, even with all the games and terror in the dream, she taught me alot and prepared me for the worst in my life. In a sense I learned that she may be tricky and have messed up ways to teach, but I know she is always looking after my family and I.
So, first you'll need to identify if this is a spirit guide, the subconscious, or something else. To do this, give the person a nick name (such as I described above). This will help you find out if you can control her (which then its subconscous) or if she responds in a way that you'll know if she is your spirit guide or something else.
If it is spiritual, it is about learning to communicate, accept and understand. Resisting just makes it worse.
