i had a dream that felt really real and that i was in pain , i was coughing up blood in the dream and i was saying i was ok and that i didnt need help and i was getting taking to the hospital after , what does this meen in terms of answers from dreams ?

It could mean you have a fear of dying that way, and that you naturally want to assure your loved ones you'll be fine, even when you won't. I could also be a foresight, unlikely, but nothing happens by coincidence, you should always be prepared for the worst. If you've watched any horror movies lately, where someone died a bloody death, it could have influenced your dream.

Pain in dreams is common, pain isn't a real thing it's just information to your brain. Dreams can seem real and so your brain creates the feeling of pain.

For me the coughing up blood means something you need to get out yourself or for a better phrase getting something of your chest.

yea that helps alot , i just had a long emoitional talk and i feel much better after i think thats what the dream was trying to say
