I was in a relationship that failed miserably... I moved on. Then I had a dream about the guy.. He was wearing a ring, he asked me if I would accept it and I said yes, he touched his finger tips to mines and the ring moved from his finger to mines by itself.. Ever since this dream he is constantly in my thoughts.. It is almost to the point of obsession.. I need to rid myself of this. Please give your advice and thank you.. Blessed be.

I would suggest cleansing yourself of negative energies first (for this may have caused that dream). If you still can't get him out of your thoughts then you could try distracting yourself with something else; like a hobby, a side project, etc. until you don't think of him much at all.

You may want to cleanse any items that have come in contact with his energy. You also may want to deal with the emotions you had because of him. Sweep it under the rug and I can almost promise you that it can be dredged up again. Dealing with emotion takes time, but if you face the emotions he had caused, you can be in the right path to fully moving on from him.

Many times, things like this happen because of unfinished business. Deal with that unfinished business and you'll most likely think of him less. There are meditations, among other things you can do, that can help you face these emotions (or otherwise unfinished business). The point is that you deal with what is causing you to think of him.

Yes a return to sender spell should work. I would also suggest the following. Uncross yourself with a sea salt bath (use rose sea salt if you can find it), Lemon and bay leaf bath. Completely cleanse and bless your space and make a witches bottle for protection. Also work on yourself with meditation and shielding.
