Why would one want to stop? And, by the way, your picture is a bit much, wouldn't you say? There are young ones on this site.

I don't know if you can, I suppose it depends on what senses you are working with. Something like clairvoyance is a little un-avoidable.

Typically to reduce your psychic senses or make them dormant once more, you stop working with them and you do something else. It's a "Use it or lose it" type situation.

is there a spell or crystal to help with this?

You can control when to be able to be psychic and when not to be. I wouldn't take it away altogether as you could use this to your advantage :) I guess we could help more if you defined what psychic talent you have? is it telekinesis/telepathy etc?

Everyone is psychic, it depends on one's "nature and nurture" on how accessible it is to one. For you to stop being psychic would take a major change in your mind stream in my opinion. You would need to have a qualified person to mess with your energy body channels. In Tibetan Buddhism it is said that a human energy body has like 84,440 channels (or something like that). Those channels intersect and form chakras. The way these channels formed at your conception shape the way energy (or lung "long") flow. The way your channels are shaped determines almost everything you consider you. So in short you would need to find a qualified lama to mess with your channels to change the flow of your winds in an effort to end your psychic ability. I would just recommend accepting it and using it to become a better person. :)
