Is this my spirit animal see while I was asleep in my dream I saw a female deer several times and I was wondering is this my spirit animal ?

Don't be confuse. You are the one to choose your spirit animal, not animal choosing you.

This is not exactly true ,Trickstar.In most cases spirits choose with who to work with and often the reason they do that is because they can relate to this individual medicine alike .Sometimes it is a mutual attraction ,people who simply pick the spirit animal that looks most cool to them usually are led by their ego or imagination rather than their Alter Ego (Core Self ).We not always pick with our intuition ,and often we are mislead by our mind and its ways to gravitate toward this what is in fashion .
There is also difference between spirit animal (powerful animal) and a totem .This should be also kept in mind .
Following your ego instead of your intuition is not good way to walk a spiritual path ,just my two cents .

Actually to meet spirit animal is that you have met an animal in the real world that you have encountered really that's the way it works my spirit animals is cat sometimes dogs

You don't have to meet your spirit animal in the physical world to know it's your spirit animal. And you don't always choose what your spirit animal is either. I think Artin hit the nail on the head with her response.
