How to : Grimoire

Hello!
So I bought some Grimoires recently and they require some expensive stuff ( for example gold ), how can I do the ritual/rituals taht are contained inside the Grimoire without having gold for example , is it even possible without gold? Thanks

Of course it's possible! Magick works by focusing a caster's intention energy to manifest his or her will in the universe. Ingredients are used simply as aids. If you have strong intent, you really don't need any, although many people find them helpful.

A lot of the special tools listed grimoires are not really needed. But, the proper use of basic ritual magick principles are. Having the proper protective circle and knowing how to banish, are the tools needed the most.

I have translated many grimoires, including the Red and Black Dragon for the International Guild of Occult Sciences. I cannot believe that the expensive items listed in grimoires were available or could be purchased in ancient times.
