Newbie Question Here

Hi. My name is Kevin.

I understand about purifying and cleansing tools, but I don't know how far that goes. Altar tools, yes . . . . but, as an example, do I need to cleanse the jars in which I keep herbs? Do I need to cleanse drawers in which I keep incenses and stones?

Or can I just limit it to my altar and the tools I keep there or use?

I think it's a personal choice whether or not you want to cleanse everything, I don't think it's really necessary, cleansing the altar and your tools should suffice.

yea it's whatever you want to do, if you feel you need to clean everything, then do just that, otherwise you might feel unsafe and if you feel unsafe you will be unsafe.

I have already washed out the jars for hygienic reasons. I think I'll smudge them and the drawer unit (instead of the individual drawers). I'm comfortable thinking that anything in the jars or drawers will also be smudged.

In any event, I'll be sure to word my request to include whatever is contained within.
