You can't lose weight or gain weight using magic(k). I suggest going on a diet.

A well balanced diet, exercise and meditation. It really shouldn't matter how much you weigh. What should matter is how you see yourself. Try positive thinking meditation in combination with diet and exercise. Your body tends to reflect your inner emotions and the better you feel about yourself the better you'll look. It's what you see that matters.

It won't make you lose weight like a miracle.

Spells cannot change your physical appearance, your DNA or your genes like we see in moves that were made in HollyWood Studios and other places that were meant to provide us entertainment. It is also true that in spells we use energy manipulation and direction, thus they are not a quick fix or a change, of course not physical (when it comes to appearance, DNA and genes). So if you cast a spell and released energy while the desired thing is losing weight, you obviously won't just have a drastic change of DNA, genes and of course not a quick change or fix of your physical appearance such as the shape of your body and the amount of calories and fatness it contains inside of it.

However, nobody really says that you necessarily make a quick change of your physical appearance, shape, DNA or genes by casting a wait loss spell. This sort of spell can have another meaning, another effective and helpful side. There are other factors with losing your weight, and it is associated with casting the spells as well.

In this case this is mostly about motivation.

It is true that the spell cannot change the DNA which affects the physical appearance. However, it can motivate you to work hard and achieve your own weight loss by your own self. However, again, this is not a quick fix or something like that. Spells are not miracles at all, same about weight loss spells. If you cast one, it can motivate you to work hard and thus achieve weight loss during a specific period of time by working out and achieving it by yourself, without any miracle or even something close to it. But it cannot be even argued with, it's very obvious that by manipulating and directing your energy or even chanting something, you won't wake up in the next morning and see your body shape different or another physical appearance. It's not a miracle or Hocus Focus as we see in movies. But perhaps that's not what the spells says, as i already said.

Weight loss spells, mantras, chants and the like are all good self motivators for you to achieve your goal. They in themselves will notnot magically make you thinner overnight ( as i already told you) , but they may enable you to eat one less spoon of that pound cake that your mom made. They in themselves will not instantly transform you the next day (as many people in this community think and believe) to two dress sizes lower, but they may remind you to take an extra glass of water before the meal starts. They will not make you into the prince charming after a day, but they may add to your confidence. Weight loss spells, and others like that aren't shams in itself but perhaps a reminder that allows you to be the better person you can always become. These spells are self motivating guides, constant reminders that we tell ourselves to achieve what we want to happen. People might get disappointed and think that its not what they thought it was, weight loss spells may not be considered really as a weight loss method but it does have a great influence on how we think. And oftentimes, the effectiveness of any diet program will start and stem out from our motivation, our state of mind. Hope I made my point.

There are two elements to us gaining weight in most cases.
First element is physical and has to do with the amount of energy we consume in Kilo/joules and amount of energy we burn ,throughout our day.Fitness does play a role into this section ,because muscle burns out more calories and energy than fat ,even when at rest,however larger body frame and bigger body also requires more energy to be sustained ,when it comes to homeostasis.
Homeostasis and metabolism are not inert systems as most people assume.People think that if they drop the energy intake massively the energy output will drop at same level so the pounds/kilos will just vanish.Therefore not any kind of diet will have same effect on you and not at different levels of energy intake ,plus you need to consider the physical exercise.If a person drops out their calories too drastically through diet the metabolism slows down and it refuses to let go off that fat,because the body knows it is starving and it needs it.
Second element is the psychological/emotional element.
Many people have problems with the weight either because they are emotional eaters or either because they have low self- esteem they starve themselves in order to look as models on magazine.

Ask yourself those two questions:

Why did I gain weight on first place ?
Why I want to loose weight ?Do I feel not comfortable in my own skin?

Once you have reached an answer you can take it from there and work on both physical and emotional element of the issue.

How to work on both elements at same time?


Find an online calculator in which you can insert your weight and height ,then it will tell you how many calories you need per day for your day to day energy expenses.
Never eat less than 300 calories of the amount you should consume !As I said if you drop calories too fast too much your body will go in panic mode and will not let go of the fat by slowing down your metabolism and homeostasis.Try to have balanced diet and track it on choosemyplate.gov .On same site you can track your physical exercise too.Try to walk as much as you can ,climb up stairs ,ride a bicycle,just generally increase your level of fitness.Always do warm up before more challenging physical exercise and increase it progressively.If you do not like workouts ,choose something funny like dancing or martial arts to boost your physical activity.If you get a friend involved you will have better support system.Set a small goals and strive to achieve them ,do not set massive goal, which is not easy to obtain or this will discourage you.

Psychologically try to use self-suggestion ,hypnotherapy ,meditation or moving meditation to increase your emotional intelligence and awareness.When we feel good in our skin and we are happy we neither overeat ,neither starve.Love yourself and your body and take care of them.Motivation for the change should come from self-love not because you are not happy with the way you look.

It is all about balance between body and spirit.

no spell works instantly, few spells will do physical changes, and loosing a bunch of weight quickly is bad for your health. if you wish to loose weight, you need t put forth the effort. speak with your doctor about a diet plan to help you. educate yourself on not only nutrition, but also what exercises you should do to promote fast fat burning in your problem areas.

if you're already doing this but for whatever reason you need a little bit of a magickal boost, i do have a spell to help with weight loss, but it's more of an aid to help you with cravings. i've cast it many times, and my cravings for unhealthy food almost vanish. the only side effect i've noticed is i get a headache when i eat unhealthy food. [not a bad things though because the spell is suppose to help you eat healthy] i've noticed it only works for a month, so you might have to recast, however, it won't work alone, you need to eat right and exercise, it's to motivate and help you through the hard parts.

i don't know of other diet spells that work as an instant weight loss. most diet spells, like many beauty spells, are to be incorporated into your daily routine to help with some extra energy to reach your goals faster.
