Be sure to discuss any herbal treatment with your physician, especially a potentially toxic herb such as foxglove. It would also be nice if you could cite your source and give credit.

Can't forget Garlic, Ginger, and Arnica.

Garlic is a natural antibiotic (best eaten). Great to fight off infections, boost that immune system, & good for the heart.

Ginger has warming properties and great for sinus problems. Drink as a tea or gurgle.

Arnica is good for bruises. When used in oils/lotions it will help reduce the pain/discoloration. It helps heal the bruise faster.

Foxglove is the source of digitalis which is used to treat problems with the heart. No one who isn't a trained herbalist should ever, ever try to use herbal preparations of foxglove for any reason whatsoever as using it improperly can cause death from heart failure.

Always remember that just because herbs are natural does not mean that they are safe. Used incorrectly many useful herbs can also cause deadly effects. And never use herbs in conjunction with other medications without checking first with your doctor as herb/medicine interactions can cause serious problems.
