spell to travel in time

Does anyone have their own spell or any spell to travel back in time. If so, may you list it here, or email me at

I want to be able to go back in time (like summer 2002 and back to current time) I dont want to mess with time, I just want to relive the time.

well, i dont know any spells, ((im only posting it here)), but i know an effective mediation if your interisted.

make sure all the lights are off. light maybe one candle and/ or an incense if you so wish.

lay down on a soft surface (like a bed or something), flat on your back, but as comfortably as you can.

close your eyes. in your mind's eye, see yourself how you are now, lying down, but in third person, see everything in third person.

slowly go backwards in time to that morning. see everything. wher you were, who you were with, what you were doing. see everything on all sides of you, even things you couldn't've seen from 1st person. spend a few minutes here.

slowly continue doing this is whatever interval ((the smaller the interval, the more effective it is)), until you reach the time you wish to be. you can then switch between first and third person at will.

((this is also effective for viewing past lives, if you go all the way back to a fetal state and then back to in the casket/ as the ashes of your former self, and then just continue backwards))
