The Holy Spirit

This is really confusing.I don't know what to do.
I am a pagan, but I still have the Holy Spirit inside me right?
I saw on sites that satanists warded it off.(They also said that they felt energy flow down from their feet)
So I wanted to ask:What is the Holy Spirit?I am afraid of doing things such as discharging it or blaspeming against it ...In fact I dread about it(The one and only unforgivable sin and all).Can someone tell me information about what is it and how should I act?
(I would prefer a word of advice from an experienced satanist,but anybody's welcome)
P.S. I am a non-denominational actually

Everyone has a Holy Spirit inside them. I had this fear when I was still "in the Broom closet so to speak" but later learned it was what I had called upon saying they were there for me. And you shouldn't regret what and who you are. You were meant to feel this and you were meant to be who you are right now so don't let it get to you.

the thing is about the holy spirit is that It Is what inspired the power of free will. for there are many gods and goddesses. so you ask what It is. well the secret is that It is the force of all realities. for all are of all. it goes to the very truth of the core of Everything And Nothing. for with in Everything And Nothing lays the power of the all powers.

Not trying but I've been taught how to Christianity it is like the little angel on your sholder on cartoons i tend to rebel that's because im under a curse and i want to free my spirit by pulling the last straw
