my communication limit

hi i have created a new profile simply to be able to simply ask what should i do on my old profile because my communication limit has been reached so i can receive emails however i can't send emails and i can't post on forums any ideas how to combat this problem or if a moderator is looking at this is there any way to solve this please message me thanks or reply to here :) thanks again tom :)

Generally, the communication limit will reset after an hour or so. Thus, if you just hit the limit on your account- all you have to do is wait for it to reset. However, if you were gagged for breaking a rule- the communication limit will not reset, and you cannot send any mail nor post on the forums.
