There are many rules of Wiccal. I will give one: "Wicca does not harass with ones free will. And it should not harm others". Research is always the best way to start. Also, here is a member here named Lark who knows very much about wicca.hope this helps!

A good place to start is in the Wicca Forum here on SOM. In particular, check out the information in the threads that can be found at http://www.spellsofmagic.com/read_post.html?post=580909 I think you'll find the information there useful along with recommendations for books and websites to check out as well.

I've been a practicing Wiccan for some 30 years. While I do not take on on-line students, I am always happy to try to answer any questions you find as a result of your studies or to point you at further resources.

And I'm going to disagree with Kobrinx here in that Wicca actually has almost no hard and fast rules, only some guidelines. While Wiccans try to avoid interfering with one's free will and try to avoid doing harm, we also recognize that there may be a time and a place where that is necessary. That is entirely up to the ethics of the individual and the situation in which they find themself.
