Strange Visions

I'm not sure if I'm posting in the correct area, but it made sense to me..

For the past few nights, I'd say about 2 weeks now, when I lay down to sleep at night, I see flashes of light behind my eyes. They are always very quick, like a light across my eyes. but I don't feel like its that, seeing as I'm the only person in the room, and I tend to keep my room almost pitch black at night. The light flashes range from white to light grey/blue but they are always significant against my eyelids.

I'm always in a state of near-sleep when this happens and it wasn't until last night that I tried to concentrate hard on the flashes. I felt really light headed after just a few moments and I stopped, resolved to ask any opinions or thoughts about it the next day.

I' m not sure if this would fall under AP, or just spirits making themselves known, or some form of a sign I should take note of or if I'm just a bit off. Any input would be much appreciated.
