As for hearing people's thoughts, maybe you have mind reading ability. But for moving rocks, that's unreasonable and you probably didn't move rocks because you cannot move rocks with your mind. That's neither spell casting nor real magick, but mere fictional topic. Moving rocks or any other objects with your mind is out of human possibilities right now. Magick does not defy the laws of the universe.

Well to be perfectly honest it sounds an awful lot like childhood belief and imagination. When I was young I was absolutely convinced that I could fly, obviously I couldn't but that's just what my mind had concluded after a particularly windy day.
Deconstructing it you could hear people's thoughts. The issue with this is that it's very difficult to prove without seeming crazy, ultimately though most people don't hear another's thoughts but only what they think they're thinking. Meaning that unless you ask a person you have no idea whether you're correct or not and if you do ask the person then they're likely to humor a small child and say that they were right anyway. Speaking practically however any form of telepathic ability has never been proven leaving the two real possibilities being either a strong empathic sense and a little bit of intuition or the imagination of a child.
In regards to moving small rocks and/or objects I'm afraid the odds are it happened once or twice out of coincidence with a gust of wind or vibrations of the ground that then again through the eyes of a child are quickly given a paranormal origin.
In regards to prophetic dreaming that certainly is conceivable however again there are two options to it. One you occasionally had dreams of the future, or two that occasionally you had coincidental dreams which matched certain events in reality that then seemed so familiar that you believed you dreamed of the future. Either way the end result is fairly similar but it's always worth looking for mundane explanations along with paranormal or you end up missing potential explanations.
Now as in regard to what does it mean? Absolutely zip. "What does it mean?" is perhaps the most common question I see on here and i have to ask in retort why must it mean anything at all? Perhaps you had an active imagination, perhaps you had innate magical talents, either way years after the events occurred it's far too late to investigate into it and as you've made it this far down the line without any major problems pretty much means everything is just fine and dandy thus there's no need to go hunting for any strange or significant meaning.
as children, we are much more intact with the spirit and natural world, prophetic dreaming and hearing thoughts are symptoms of being a crystal or indigo child, you can search it up if you don't already know, as for moving rocks, that was probably your childhood imagination, or if you're convinced you moved them, perhaps they were mmagnetic to all extent because they has meetal cores?
